Rebate Eligibility

  • Refunds are considered only in cases where the service has not met reasonable expectations, as agreed in the contract or service description.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchasing the service.

 

Refund Request Process

  • Contact Our Team: Email contactus@craftbrainx.net within 30 days of purchasing the service to start the refund process.
  • Provide Information: Include your name, order number (if applicable), reason for the refund request, and any documentation that supports your request.
  • Application Evaluation: Our team will review your application and contact you within 5-7 business days to inform you of the decision.

 

Partial refunds

  • If it is determined that the service was partially completed or that a fair value was provided, a partial refund may apply.
  • The amount of the partial refund will be determined by our team and will be based on the nature of the service provided and the value delivered.

 

Exceptions

  • No refunds will be given for services that have been completed as agreed or in cases where the customer has changed their mind after the completion of the service.
  • Personalised or bespoke services, once initiated, are not eligible for refund, unless it is proven that the agreed terms have not been met.
